Consumption Rate:
1 kg of RW Tile Grout is required for 5 m² of tiled or ceramic surfaces with 6 mm joint width.
Application Method:
1. Pour the required amount of RW Tile Grout into a clean container.
2. Add 30–40% water (by weight of the grout) and mix for 3 minutes to form a homogeneous paste.
3. Let the mixture rest for 2–3 minutes to allow chemical reactions, then remix.
4. The prepared mixture must be used within 30 minutes.
5. Apply the grout into the joints using a suitable trowel, ensuring complete filling.
6. Remove excess material diagonally with the trowel. Reapply if the grout settles unevenly.
7. After 15–30 minutes (depending on weather conditions), when the grout is dry to the touch (non-sticky), sprinkle water over the joints and clean the surface with a damp sponge.
