RW Latex Admix (Polymer Latex Concrete Adhesive)

Applications:
– Repair Applications: Repair of damaged concrete, floors, slabs, precast concrete elements.
– Waterproofing Applications: Waterproofing and construction of reservoirs, foundations, elevator pits, pools, etc.
– External Rendering: As a final waterproof and weather-resistant coating.
– Tile and Ceramic Installation: Bonding fresh layers to old surfaces.

Dosage:
A. As a bonding slurry: 20 liters per 50 kg of cement.
B. For concrete/mortar mixing:
– 5 liters per 50 kg of cement (standard conditions).
– 10 liters per 50 kg of cement (exposure to chemicals).
C. As a final surface coating: 1 liter of RW Latex Admix covers 5–6 m² per layer (varies based on surface porosity).

Application Instructions:
1. Bonding Slurry Preparation:
– Clean and saturate the surface with water.
– Mix 1.5–2 parts cement with 1 part RW Latex Admix in a clean container.
– Apply using a stiff brush in layers ≤ 2 mm thick.
– Allow 15–30 minutes between layers.
– Finish with a metal trowel and moist-cure for 24 hours.

2. Concrete/Mortar Mixing:
– Prepare a slightly stiffer concrete mix.
– Add RW Latex Admix and blend thoroughly.
– Note: Compatible with all cement types. Partially replaces mixing water. For ready-mix concrete, add on-site before pouring. Maintain moisture for >24 hours post-application.

3. Waterproofing Coatings:
– Clean surfaces of dust/oil.
– Apply via spray or brush in two layers, spaced 1–2 hours apart.
