Its consumption is 2% to 4% of the weight of cement and to further accelerate the setting time, the consumption is increased to 5% to 6% of the weight of cement. If more than 9% of the weight of cement is consumed, the compressive strength will be reduced.
It is done in two ways, dry and wet:
In the dry method, cement and stone materials are mixed together and guided to the hose by wind pressure, and water is added to the hose outlet.
In the wet method, all the dry components of the mortar, RW Shotcrete and water are mixed together and this mixture is sprayed on the desired surface.

As with other chemicals, be careful when storing and working with this product to avoid contact with the mouth, eyes, and food, and in case of possible contact, immediately flush the area with plenty of water. Masks, goggles and gloves are required during shotcrete surgery.
