Consumption Rate:
– Smooth surfaces: 2.5–4 kg per m².
– Leveling and bonding: 5–10 kg per m² for a 3–6 mm thickness.
Usage Instructions:
1. Ensure the substrate is free of grease, dust, loose particles, or old paint.
2. Mix 5 kg of powder with 1 liter of water and stir until a uniform paste forms (use an electric mixer for full bags).
3. Let sit for 5 minutes, remix, then apply the adhesive to the surface using a notched trowel. Press tiles or other materials firmly onto the adhesive.
Note 1: Ensure at least 60% of the tile’s back is coated with adhesive. Increase trowel notch depth if needed.
Note 2: Use the prepared adhesive within 30 minutes of mixing.
– Preparation for high-absorption surfaces (gypsum walls, plywood, lightweight concrete, wall panels): Pre-saturate with concrete adhesive.
