High-Adhesion Paste Adhesive
Applications:
Tiled surfaces, concrete, gypsum/wooden panels, Iranite.
Advantages:
– Ultra-high adhesion to various building materials.
– Easy application using a notched trowel.
– Excellent flexibility against structural movements.
– Reduces building weight.
– Low volume, maximizing usable space.
Consumption Rate:
1.5 to 3.5 kg per square meter, depending on groove depth and tile back texture.
Application Method:
1. Spread the adhesive evenly on the substrate using a trowel.
2. Create uniform vertical grooves with a notched trowel.
3. Install tiles/ceramics, ensuring at least 65% contact between the adhesive and tile back.
Recommended groove depths:
– Tiles ≤10 cm: 4 mm
– Tiles >10 cm: 6 mm
– Thick tiles >15 cm: 8 mm
Substrate Requirements: Clean, solid, and free of paint, lime, grease, or dust.
Key Notes:
1. Installation Window After Application:
– Humid areas: 30 minutes
– Dry areas: 20 minutes
2. Full Curing Time: 14–21 days (varies with temperature/humidity).
3. Grouting Time:
– Porous substrates: After 2 days
– Non-porous substrates: After 4 days
4. Full Use: 4 days post-installation.
5. Thermal Stability (Cured): 15°C to 80°C.
6. Application Temperature: 5°C to 35°C.
7. Tiling Over Existing Tiles: Existing tiles must be 75% roughened.
