Applications:
– Production of expansive concrete
– Manufacturing non-shrink mortars
– Preparing non-shrink injection grouts for repair work
– Grouting under column base plates
– Foundation concrete for heavy machinery and equipment
Key Benefits:
✔ Controlled expansion in concrete
✔ Prevents shrinkage and cracking
✔ Eliminates concrete bleeding
✔ Accelerates early and final strength development
✔ Compatible with all Portland cement types (except Type V)
✔ Enhances compressive strength
✔ Free from iron particles, preventing rust stains
Dosage:
The required dosage depends on factors such as aggregate type, cement grade, environmental conditions, etc. The standard dosage is 0.5 kg per 100 kg of cement.
Note: For low-expansion mortars, field testing is essential.
Mixing Instructions:
For Injection Grouts:
1. Pour water into a mixing container.
2. Add cement and mix thoroughly until uniform.
3. Precisely add Grout Conbex RW and mix for 2 minutes until a homogeneous slurry is achieved.
Expansion Behavior:
Maximum expansion occurs 1–2.5 hours after mixing (varies with ambient temperature).
– In cement grout: Up to 3.2% volumetric expansion
– In 1:1 sand-cement mortar: Up to 2% expansion
Technical Specifications:
– Physical State: Brownish-gray powder
