Application Instructions:
1. Mixing:
– Use 1:1 water-to-powder ratio by weight
– Gradually add water to powder in clean container
– Mix thoroughly to achieve uniform consistency
2. Surface Preparation:
– Remove oil, dust, and contaminants
– Eliminate loose particles or unsound substrate
– Roughen smooth surfaces (mechanical abrasion recommended)
– Pre-wet concrete/cementitious substrates
3. Placement:
– Pour immediately after mixing to utilize initial expansion
– For large voids: Add 2-7mm clean, dry aggregate (1:1 by weight)
4. Curing:
– Begin curing immediately after finishing
– Protect from rapid drying/freezing
