Consumption Rate:
1.5 to 3.5 kg per square meter, depending on the depth of grooves and protrusions on the tile’s back.

Application Method:
1. Spread Rockwall Tile Bond 500 evenly on the surface using a trowel.
2. Create uniform vertical grooves with a notched trowel.
3. Install the tile/ceramic, ensuring at least **65% of the tile’s back** contacts the adhesive.
4. The substrate must be **flat, clean, solid, and free of contaminants** (paint, lime, grease, dust).

Recommended Groove Depths (Based on Experience):
– Tiles/ceramics up to 10 cm: 4 mm grooves
– Tiles/ceramics over 10 cm: 6 mm grooves
– Thick tiles/ceramics over 15 cm: 8 mm grooves

– Humid areas: 30 minutes

2. Full Curing Time: 14–21 days (depends on temperature and humidity).
3. Grouting Time:
– Porous substrates/standard tiles: 2 days
