Application Instructions:
1. Surface Prep: Clean joints thoroughly—remove dust, grease, and loose debris. Ensure surfaces are completely dry.
2. Heating: Melt RW Joint Sealants 330 in a double-jacketed kettle (or indirect heat), stirring continuously.
3. Pouring: Pour the molten sealant evenly into horizontal joints to prevent air bubbles. Apply in a continuous stream.
4. Tool Cleanup: Clean tools with soap/water before sealant dries. Use thinner for hardened residue.
