  • RW Joint Sealants 300 is a ready-to-use, partially elastic paste sealant designed for easy application using a trowel or putty knife. Formulated with modified bitumen, fibers, and hydrocarbon solvents, it is suitable for use on concrete, brick, asphalt, and other surfaces. Complies with the following standards: - ASTM C1330, ASTM C1193 - BS 5212, CRD-C527, CRD-C22

Coverage:
Approximately 110 grams of RW Joint Sealants 300 is required per 1 meter of joint length with a 1 cm depth × 1 cm width.
*Note: Joint depth should always be less than its width.*

Application Instructions:
1. Surface Preparation: Remove all dust, grease, and loose particles. Ensure surfaces are completely dry.
2. Application: Apply the sealant into joints using a trowel or putty knife, pressing firmly to fill gaps.
3. Finishing: Smooth the surface with a solvent-damped tool for a clean finish.

– Application Temperature Range: +5°C to +40°C
– Initial Curing Time: 4 hours at +30°C
– Full Cure Time: 4 weeks at +30°C
– Shelf Life: 6 months in original packaging (store away from extreme cold/heat).
