Dosage:
The recommended dosage is 1% to 2% of cement weight. For faster setting, the dosage can be increased to 5% to 6% of cement weight. Exceeding 9% of cement weight may reduce compressive strength.
Usage Instructions:
Mix RW Rapid Set-P powder with dry concrete components first, then add water. Ensure thorough mixing and proceed with concrete placement as quickly as possible.
Note: Preliminary tests must be conducted to verify setting time and 24-hour compressive strength properties for the cement used.
