RW Deco Repair is a ready-to-use, cement-based mortar with optimal grading and non-shrink properties. Thanks to the polymers incorporated in its formulation, this product exhibits exceptional adhesion to substrate surfaces. It complies with ASTM C387, DIN 1045, and DIN 1048 standards.

Dosage:
Depending on the porosity and unevenness of the surface, approximately 1.5 to 2 kg of RW Deco Repair is required to cover one square meter at a thickness of 1 mm.
Application Method:
1. Clean the surface thoroughly, removing dust, grease, or any contaminants. Remove any loose or weak areas.
2. Gradually add RW Deco Repair to the pre-measured water in a clean container while mixing continuously.
3. Continue mixing for 2 minutes until a homogeneous and uniform mixture is achieved. Adjust the consistency by adding water or powder as needed.
Notes:
– For each 20 kg bag of RW Deco Repair, approximately 3.8 to 4.8 liters of water is required.
– One 20 kg bag yields approximately 14 liters of repair mortar.
– Protect the repaired surface from rapid drying, sunlight, heat, cold, and wind by curing it properly after application.
– Always prepare an amount of material that can be used within 30 minutes.
– To enhance adhesion and waterproofing, mix 1.5 parts water, 1.5 parts concrete adhesive, and 5 parts RW Deco Repair.

Cleanup:
Clean tools immediately after use while the mortar is still fresh using water. Dried mortar can be removed mechanically.
