Applications:
– Suitable for use in concrete decks with steel girders
– Flooring for airport runways, military warehouses, power plants, and similar facilities
– Concrete pouring for industrial floors, bridge decks, and more
– Production of high-impact and abrasion-resistant concrete
– Construction of military and nuclear concrete structures
– Tunnel lining and manufacturing of precast elements
Benefits:
– Increased resistance to impact and abrasion in concrete
– Reduction of fine cracks caused by early-age shrinkage and settlement
– Enhanced resistance to expansion and contraction cycles
– Reduced permeability and improved durability
Dosage:
The average dosage of plastic fibers varies between 2 to 4 kg per cubic meter of concrete, depending on the desired performance.
Application Method:
Typically, the fibers are added gradually to the concrete mixer after 2 minutes of mixing aggregates, cement, and water. Mixing should continue until the fibers are uniformly distributed.
Notes:
– Combining RW Fiber PS with PP fibers can further enhance and improve concrete properties.
– Combining RW Fiber PS with steel fibers is possible to achieve higher strength performance.
