RW Crete NL516R (Retarding Superplasticizer for Concrete)

Applications:
– Concrete placement in heavily reinforced structures, narrow sections, or densely reinforced elements.
– Concreting in hot climates to prevent rapid water evaporation.
– Construction of dams, water reservoirs, tanks, bridges, foundations, columns, and other concrete structures.

Dosage:
0.5–1.3% of cement weight, depending on aggregate type and mix design. Exact dosage must be determined through site trials.

Application Method:
1. Mix with all or part of the concrete’s mixing water before adding to the mix.
2. Add directly to ready-mix concrete and ensure thorough mixing before placement.
Note: Maximum effectiveness is achieved when added after 50–70% of mixing water is introduced.
Important: Never add RW Crete NL516R directly to dry cement or mortar.
