RW Admix 510R (Retarding Water-Reducing Superplasticizer)

Applications:
– Concrete placement in reinforced structures.

Dosage:
1–2% of cement weight, adjusted based on target strength, climatic conditions, and desired workability.

Method of Use:
1. For ready-mix concrete: Add RW Admix 510R to pre-mixed concrete (with pre-adjusted water content for target strength). Mix for at least 3 minutes before pouring.
2. Preferred method:
– Mix aggregates, sand, and cement with 50% of mixing water for 15–30 seconds.
– Dissolve RW Admix 510R in up to 30% of mixing water and gradually add to the mixture.
– Slowly add remaining water to achieve desired workability.

Note:
Exceeding recommended dosage may cause excessive delay in initial setting or unintended air entrainment.
