Applications:
– Anchoring dynamic machinery to foundations
– Filling voids under base plates and equipment foundations
– Grouting around anchor bolts
– Embedding rebar
– Securing crane rails
– Foundations for heavy presses, refinery, and petrochemical equipment
Key Advantages:
✔ Ultra-high mechanical strength
✔ Exceptional adhesion to metal and concrete
✔ Non-shrink formulation
✔ Superior vibration resistance
✔ High chemical and thermal resistance
✔ Optimal curing speed
Dosage:
Calculate required volume based on grout cross-section, using a specific gravity of 1.85 g/cm³.
Mixing & Application:
1. Mix Components A & C for 1–2 minutes using a mixer (150–300 RPM).
2. Add Component B and continue mixing until homogeneous.
3. Use the mixed grout within 15 minutes.
Important Notes:
– Exothermic reaction: Ambient temperature affects curing speed.
– For layers >3 cm: Apply in 3 cm stages, allowing 6-hour intervals.
– Avoid direct sunlight on unmixed components.
Surface Preparation:
1. For large voids, use clean, dry 2–7 mm aggregates (1:1 weight ratio).
2. Remove oil, dust, or loose material from substrates.
3. Pre-wet concrete/cement surfaces before grouting.
4. Roughen smooth surfaces (e.g., by scratching, chiseling).
5. Cure after finishing to prevent rapid drying/freezing.
