Coverage:
Approx. 1.5–2 kg per m² at 1 mm thickness, depending on substrate porosity and roughness.
Application Instructions:
1. Surface Prep: Clean the substrate from dust, grease, or contaminants. Remove loose or weak areas.
2. Mixing: Gradually add RW Soft Repair powder to clean water (pre-measured in a clean container) while stirring.
3. Blending: Mix for 2 minutes until homogeneous. Adjust consistency by adding water or powder as needed.
Notes:
-Water requirement:3.28–3.8 L per 20 kg bag.
– Yield: One 20 kg bag produces ~14 L of repair mortar.
– Curing: Protect repaired surfaces from rapid drying, sunlight, extreme heat/cold, and wind. Cure properly after finishing.
– Pot life: Use mixed material within 30 minutes.
– Enhanced adhesion/waterproofing: Mix 1.5 parts water + 1.5 parts concrete adhesive + 5 parts RW Soft Repair.
