RW Crete 520 (Normal Superplasticizer Based on Polycarboxylate Ether)

Applications:
– Production of high-performance concrete.

Advantages:

Dosage:
0.6% to 1.5% of cement weight, depending on target strength, weather conditions, compaction requirements, and reinforcement spacing.

Usage Instructions:
1. For ready-mix concrete: Add to pre-adjusted water content and mix for at least 3 minutes per cubic meter.
2. Optimal method:
– Mix sand, gravel, and cement with 50% of mixing water for 15–30 seconds.
– Dissolve RW Crete 520 in a portion of water (up to 30% of total water) and gradually add to the mixture.
– Add remaining water incrementally to achieve desired slump (workability).
